These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding commercial agreement between Gray Harbor (Pty) Ltd ("Company", "we") and any business, agency, or individual subscriber ("Client", "you") accessing grayharbor.pro and its associated services.
"Services" refers to the television broadcast analysis, monitoring logs, text transcriptions, custom alert setups, and associated digital dashboards maintained by the Company.
Client agrees to use the broadcast content, metadata, and analytics reports purely for legitimate public relations, communication audits, competitor monitoring, or direct research. Content must not be redistributed or packaged as competing commercial intelligence.
Monthly subscription costs are billed in South African Rand (ZAR). All prices are subject to statutory VAT where applicable. Subscriptions are billed automatically in advance and may be cancelled by the Client at any stage prior to the next billing interval.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available". While our transcription algorithms and analyst teams work to maintain maximum accuracy, we cannot guarantee 100% error-free indexing of live television signals due to potential satellite interference, technical broadcasting faults, or physical transmission outages.
These terms and conditions are governed by and constructed in absolute accordance with the statutory laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes resulting from these agreements will be resolved within the local courts of Johannesburg.
